I would never hire this company again. We originally contracted with them to paint our house in July 2017. They did not come to do the work until November 2017 when the weather had turned cold and damp and there was reduced sun exposure on the house. They powerwashed the house but did not allow sufficient time to let the surfaces dry before they painted the house. They seemed more interested in tacking on extra projects to the job that they could increase the charges for, like cleaning and painting the gutters and clearing patches of moss from the roof shingles. By March of 2018, the paint on the house was peeling. When I called and complained they said they would re-do the painting because it was still under warranty. They delayed coming to perform the work until November 2018 and I told them to wait until the warmer weather the next spring or we would be dealing with the same problems again. When they finally arrived again in the spring of 2019, large areas on some surfaces of the house were peeling and required extensive scraping. When they began painting, they only painted the surfaces they had scraped the peeling paint from, leaving the surface of the house with a patchwork of two different color tones. When my wife asked if they were going to return to paint the whole surface so that it would match, they said they would return, but they never came back. In discussing with the manager, he blamed the siding, the weather, and the paint (which was some higher-priced, so-called "super paint" that they recommended), but never faulted his crew. These people are unprofessional, careless, lazy, demonstrate a poor work ethic, and show a lack of pride in their work.

Cory, Hussein and crew were great to work with from start to finish...professional, courteous, hard-working and attention to detail. Our house looks like new again...we will definitely use CertaPro again in the future!

Lousy, sent a "sub-contractor to perform work. Supposed to be at least two painters but only one showed up. He came to work when he felt like it,(10AM or after) at various times he left after 2- 4 hours for various reasons(,had to pickup dog at Vets, had a business appointment,etc). Paint did not cover properly in many places , places that needed to be painted by brush were not, paint on window and door trim did not cover properly, used chances of rain many times to either not come or quit early because rain was forecast.Really rushed the last two days here so he could finish(was a saturday & sunday)! All in all took about 3 weeks to complete a poor job.The contractor did nothing to check on his performance after I complained to them.(People in charge: Corey Andrews & Kelly Lugo!) I suggest anyone thinking of using Certapro Painters through Angies List that you have them comntact me.

I was very pleased. workers were on time and when there were rain delays they informed me when they would be back. They pressure washed beforehand and scrapped the loose paint off of the windows. They were neat and went and very professional. They kept me informed. The house looks great. Would definitely hire again. It went great. CertaPro worked with us to develop a proposal scope of work that met our budget: original, all inclusive proposal too high; removed ceilings, closets and floor-level molding and reduced cost by 1/3. Did walls, doors and trim; patched nail holes, 2 coats paint. They accommodated our schedule. Started/ended on time. Estimated it to be a 3 - 4 day job. Finished at 12N on day 4. Mike was our painter. He was professional and discussed choices/options with us as the project went along. Left the job site clean at the end of each day.

It went well. Initial contact was Frank Davenport who showed up on time and gave a professional quote. After I decided to go forward with Certa Pro - the next step was the power washing of the house. The crew did not show up on the day we scheduled. This was a bit of an issue because we had closed up all the windows for the spraying and it was nearly 100 outside. They showed up the next day unexpectedly when we were at work and left all the windows open. It wasn't a problem but some heads up would have been appropriate. The second concern was the 2 man crew who showed up to do the paining. There was a language barrier, they couldn't appear to read the contract and I couldn't communicate some details of the job. That being how much paint I needed to buy and which parts of the house were to be excluded from painting. One of the workers appeared to speak no English at all the the other gentleman had very limited English proficiency. Or so it appeared. However- they showed up on time, on July 4th (they wanted to work on the holiday) and started the job. They completed about half the house in one day. They came back the following Sunday and finished the job - with my approval to work the Sunday. Aside from the day late on the power wash and the language barrier - they did an excellent job and the house looks great. They were fast, curtious and neat. I am pleased with the results and would recommend them.

Hired painters and was quoted for a few shaker shingles to be replaced. Painters were great and finished in a few days. Contractors that were hired to do the shaker shingle replacement came and went, worked an hour here and an hour there. Every time they were contacted, it was like pulling teeth to get them back to finish the project. We have a small house, and it wasn't a difficult job. All in all, it took upwards of 3 months for a simple project. On top of that, the work was questionable, and you could tell that the crew was getting agitated that we asked to have the work done/ done correctly. One crew member spit chewing tobacco at the end of our driveway as they were telling us they were finished. Honestly, I don't care if someone chews tobacco, but come on... be a little professional. In the end, we chalked it up as a "loss" as it wasn't worth battling with the crew again. We certainly will not be going with CertaPro again.

Crew did a great job, very detailed, and quality work done. All windows, doors and exterior trim not to be painted was covered in plastic and taped. Areas where flaking paint was seen, it was scraped and primed, prior to being painted. House looks great!

the job was finished it looked great.Poor weather in May and June caused a back log for the provider, so our job didn't get started until late, and there were competing jobs for them. They went out of their way after that to get the job done properly and provided extra services that we didn't request, but greatly appreciated. When

This was for a quick turn around on a rental apartment. The company had painters here in just a couple of days from my contacting them.

The entire process (from the estimate to the final walk-through) was great! We have been having a lot of work done on our home and I've been disappointed in the work ethic and job quality of so many of the contractors we have hired - this was not the case with CertaPro. They were punctual, detail oriented, professional, hard-working and very personable. I am a very particular person and no one is perfect, so when I pointed out a couple places where something needed a touch-up they happily obliged. We just installed new wood floors and carpet - they respected my home by taking their shoes off at the door and being extra careful to cover the surfaces. I will hire them again.

Not well. Sloppy. Only one painter sent, which meant he couldn't move furniture. Spent most of his time insulting it arguing with the owner of the house.

The team did such a good job, they were easily the best people we worked with on the whole renovation project. They were punctual, hard-working, and polite, and worked long hours to make sure the job was finished on time. They went above and beyond to make sure our house looked good, even if it made the job harder for them. I would definitely recommend them and hire them for our next painting project.
