Just Call Me Greg

We called Greg on Friday before Labor Day and he was here Tuesday morning, diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator, ordered part and was back on Thursday morning and had the refrigerator fixed within a very short period of time. A couple of hours later frig was at 37 degrees, working great. I can not more highly recommend Greg. Beyond 5 stars for customer service!! We are still getting calls today from other companies that were called last week just to schedule an inspection and Greg already had the problem fixed!!!

Greg is outstanding. I discovered that my refrigerator was not working during the day. He came over after hours (arrived at 6:30pm), fixed the control board and had it back up and running within 2 hours. The price was reasonable and he also explained everything he was doing during the repair to keep me informed. He is very professional. I'd recommend him to anyone!

Accurate and great service provided, called and asked if okay to come early. Yes it was, job done quickly and problems fixed in a short time period. Cost given up front and greatly appreciate, cost , time and service received!!

Greg ran a little late, but did get the job done. He is very knowledgeable and personable .

I just tried to reach them in his phone number I can not hold for something that he supposed repair 2 weeks ago.

Greg is kind and professional. He took my dryer all apart and fixed it in no time, and did not get annoyed at my 5 year old boy asking him questions throughout the process. He also serviced my washer and looked at my dishwasher. I highly recommend him, and I will definitely call him if I have issues with my appliances in the future!
