It all went very poorly. He gave me incorrect information on the sell price of competetive properties. And did not factor in any information on the value differences between the properties. He simply suggested I price mine to match the lowest priced competitor, not factoring in value differences. Then when I corrected his information, and told him the value points he was missing - he emailed and suggested I might find another agent. I emailed back that I accepted his resignation, and that would void our contract, and he or his agency would not get any money on the sale to any buyer I find or had in process on my own before the contract expired. I didn't have any one in process at that time. He emailed back that he was still entitled to commission on any sale - which makes no sense if he resigned. And he became very rude and insulting in his communication - which is the main reason I am complaining about him. Not just his poor performance, but more importantly the insulting rude comments he made.
