Overcharged for parts that we were told was only 10 bucks but he charged 30 and then tried to charge for an extra hours labor. When he left and I checked the slip it showed 3 hrs labor when he was only there for two. Called him and made him come back to return the over charged amount and he copped to overcharging. Wonder how many people he's "accidentally" overcharged that just didn't check their slip

Ralph is very courteous and sensitive to the owners needs. His prices are very reasonable and at times negotiable. He works in a timely and professional manner. He has that Maine work ethic of good quality and pride, and usually gives a little more for your money.

He bought the materials, brought them to the house one evening. Started the work the following morning. Completed it the following day. He came back on day three to finish the steps. Overall, he did an excellent job.
