Purchase and financing went extremely well. (The 14% finance charge may seem high, but understandable, since it is virtually impossible to get financing for a used Mobile Home.)
The only problem related to storage was damage to be the vinyl flooring, which was likely caused by having to store the home through the winter with no heat. Not anything Pine View Homes was responsible for.
Delivery went OK, but it would not have gone so well if our contractor had not kept a bulldozer on site.

Very stressfull but after negotiation and firm demands, the work was done to satisfaction.

The removal of the "belly insulation" was removed poorly, no clean up was done. We had to contact Pine View Homes to come and clean the mess that was left. The removal of the insulation and the installation of the trough beneath the duct work was performed on a Friday. The person who removed insulation and installed the trough left about 3 pm stating someone would be back on Monday to clean up the mess and no one showed up on Monday. All in all we are very dissatisfied with the shoddy work and handling of the entire issue.
