This business was amazing, right down to the person answering the phone, who has been there for 19 years, by the way. That says a lot right there. I had never stepped foot in this business before and yet they still took care of my problem within a couple of hours .... and it was fixed when I picked it up. Everyone was very nice to deal with. The tech was polite and knowledgeable and took the time to speak with me about my problem. They understood that my computer was very important to my livelihood, I couldn't do my job without it (at least not as efficiently), and so they took care of the problem right away. I would recommend this business 100%!

A day after dropping off the computer I spoke to one of the technicians, who told me they couldn't find any problems -- it seemed to be working fine for them.  He then asked questions about the where in my home I had it set up, and how cool the interior of the room was.  We'd been having unusually hot weather, and because the repair shop was air conditioned, he decided to cover the computer with a coat and leave it running.  The problem showed itself quite quickly with the difference in temperature.
