Flooring
Norm and Elaine really helped me out in a pinch. I was getting it royally from my contractor. No tile guy was ever lined up for a big bath renovation (down to studs). Over a month later (yes!) his partner instead gave me a few hours and then got ill. No back up. Almost another month later (yes!) I contacted Norm, THEN the contractor "suddenly" had a tile guy who then gave me one day out of his busy schedule but that was all he could do (nice of him, but he also wondered why he was not lined up weeks before).
Norm and Elaine on the other hand were able to fit me into their busy schedule and saved the day. Excellent work, professional and kind service. They had good ideas to alter the design for the best result and were honest and reasonable. These guys are super!
