+ -1 moreMy experience with them was horrible. Contacting them was a MAJOR issue. It took over a week and several attempts before I actually was able to speak to anyone. And this was after I had spoken to others who had used their services who had also tried to reach them on my behalf. I finally spoke to the owner who agree to come and give me a quote. The scheduled time came and went. 90 minutes later I called, left a voicemail to make sure that I had the right day and time. Couple of hours later I received a phone call saying that he got caught up with what he was doing that day and forgot all about me. So we rescheduled for the next day. Again, the scheduled time came and went. An hour after I called again. This time my voicemail message was not quite so nice. Said it couldn't be possible that he had forgotten about me TWO days in a row. It is now nearly 24 hours after our last scheduled time for an estimate and I have not heard hide nor hair from anyone in the company. While I technically did not "hire" Goodwin's Unlimited, the ball is in THEIR court for this being an unfavorable review. This is not a way to treat potential clients.
Description of Work: I needed to move from my apartment in Fairfield, Me to an apartment in Clinton, ME. Talked to several people about using a moving company. Everyone suggested using Goodwin's Unlimited. As I prefer patronizing local companies, I looked them up.
