The loaner car had no gas in it. I called them and asked them to put gas in it and they told me no, that they do not put gas loaner cars. So then it ran out of gas. They sold me a car that had a lot of problems with it. The car looked great but then it started having problems.   They make wonderful deals so they can sell the car. They have promised to fix everything, parts and labor included at their expense. They did not do a thorough repair and upgrade on the car before they sold it to me.

Very well, my vehicle was taken in on time, service performed maintenance while I waited, returned vehicle clean and grease and oil free.

Car looked great!. Work was done just as they estimated

Service went very well. They replaced my tires and balanced the new ones. They are always on time and very helpful in any way they can be. Terri Hitchborn is always very accommodating when you call for an appointment and helps in any way she can.
When you have an appointment - they always call you a day ahead to remind you. This is very helpful .

As usual - they are professionals that are on time and do an excellent job.

They have three dealerships. It is convenient. The staff is very knowledgeable. They have gone out of their way to accommodate me. Their dealership is a little more expensive than a private mechanic would be; but in other aspects, they are excellent. I have used them for many years.
