Supurb customer service. Veterinarian Heather Mac Millan went beyond any expectation to assist us with our termally ill pet. Every possible life saving technique was attempted (at our request), and when these failed, she made a house call so that our pet could die at home surrounded by her pet siblings and her favorite people and things. Compassion, caring and excellent service have always been evident. While Heather is our primary vetrinarian, we have experience with the entire staff and find them all to be excellent practitioneers. The vet techs are great with the animals, and the vets are all qualified and caring. Complimentary services, such as accupuncture are available, and proved helpful with other animals we have had. I can't speak highly enough of the excellent care we have received from Waterville Animal Hospital and reccomend them for any pet related treatment.
