We've had trouble with this home since this we moved in here. We had no heat from August to December. When they finally sent someone out to install a heater. He put the second zone heater in over the main heater. The plumber had to move the second zone heater from where it was improperly installed. When he did that, the warm rooms became cold and the cold rooms became warm. We have water coming in through the cellar windows and my through my son's light, cracks in the cellar wall and floor. From my son's bathroom, they had not installed a vent outside. In my bathroom, there was a vent but the hose was disconnected The building inspector said the reason we were getting water in the cellar was because the property was graded incorrectly. They put some kind of ditch in the backyard. The department of environmental protection came out and told him he had to fill the ditch with stone. He refuses to do that. It took him from August until this spring to send a check because they never installed the insulation or fixed the flooring. We have 5 damaged floors. They never came back to do any of these repairs. We have holes in the soil in the back yard and they won't come out to fix it. They are no longer answering phone calls. We have 2 bathrooms in which occasionally when you flush the toilet, the water continues to run. We complained about that several times. They sent people out who didn't know what they were doing. Instead of sending a plumber, they sent out a "field man" who had been here before. He made some adjustments. My son then tested it with toilet paper, and it wouldn't even flush toilet paper. This company just won't do what we paid them to do!
