Richard Wilshire is one of the best people I've ever been fortunate enough to run across. He tackled a large job at a very fair price. I had other estimates and a lot of "whew! This is a tough job" runaround from other electricians. Richard outlined how he would handle the job, including permits and handling CMP, and then he simply took the job out of my hands and did it right. Puncutal, great communication, expert work, and he cleaned up all debris. There was literally nothing for me to do but pay the bill. A rare person!
