Scott is quite the expert when it comes to vehicle restoration and maintenance! He is absolutely amazing at connecting with suppliers and insurance people, and at researching to get all the details needed for the required work. He is fabulous at explaining what the "issues" are and what is needed to resolve them.
Although initially a bit intimidating, his workers lifted my Jeep up really high on a  giant lift and stood by as Scott accompanied me under the vehicle with his flashlight/pointer to show me exactly what was broken and then patiently explained what was necessary for the repair. After the repairs were completed (and there were many--see the cost of service), a bumping noise began when I tried to turn as I was backing up. Scott again explored the situation, talked with the insurance folks, and quickly got the ball joint repaired.
Backed up by a team of professionals -- office workers, body experts, mechanical experts, etc., Scott makes Hillside a place of blessed assurance for single females (and everyone else) who need their vehicles repaired - restored - revived. My confidence level was such that even after the repairs were completed, I regularly return to Hillside for oil changes, etc.
