It is really good. They are a two veterinary clinic. We had a pet who had some problems and we went to an emergency clinic who referred us to the 24 hour clinic and for a follow up we went to West Animal. They gave us an appointment even though they were closing at 1o?clock on a Saturday and they got us in. They followed up and had a friendly staff. They didn?t charge us several times for several animals because we have two cats and a dog and they were quite good. They are very reasonable and don?t overcharge unlike a lot of places where they charge a lot. The bedside manner with the animals is quite good. I can tell that they like their work. They are very popular too as I see many people there. They do a good job. The lady who runs the reception is well aware of all pets.
