Total Access Construction

Steve did an excellent job in creating a brand new room to our specifications plus he created a way to the basement without having to go out into the garage first. He also had built and installed built in cabinets with granite countertops for us. He was very easy to work with and he understood the look that we were going after for this room. The problem getting into the basement was also a very welcomed resolution as it provides a way downstairs that does not require us to go outside first. His work is top quality and he kept the construction site clean. The best part was that you could trust him and his crew in your home when you were not there. In addition he allowed us to customize specific things that provided exactly what we wanted and he also came up with a stairway design leading outside then he added a very nice patio so that we can enjoy the good weather. He also rebuilt our front entrance and did a beautiful job. Lastly, before we agreed to use him, he went the extra mile and found a company to provide a drawing to the town of Wells allowing us to build for half the cost of what we could do ourselves. Steve has our full trust and I am very happy that we picked him for our project. I would definitely use him again and I know that he would help me anytime I needed him.
