Mike works great with little supervision. He makes intelligent choices, based upon parameters you give him, on how to handle stuff like repair or replace, makes it look great even when it is an old house and nothing is square. Gross stuff, like mouse droppings fallin on him when he takes down old ceilings, doesn't faze him. I give him a rough idea what I want and then leave it up to him how to get there. He does it all- carpentry, drywall, painting, roofing, and some electrical and plumbing if it doesn't require an electrician or plumber. If it does, he works well with other contractors and sets up times with them. I have used him for two years on many different projects.
