The hardest part about car repairs here was getting an appointment because they're in such high demand. But once they got the car in the shop, they did a free initial estimate, and called with a clear, plain English description of what was wrong including low and high end estimates of possible costs and the rationale for why it might be closer to the higher end. They checked other systems as well, and made some suggestions about other things to be fixed, but didn't pressure me to get all the work done at once--not necessary since this is basically just an errands-around-town car for us. No long-distance driving. When the work was done, I got a prompt call, and they had put in the extra time and effort to work out a problem so that they wouldn't have to completely rebuild the rear brakes, saving me about $300 in the process. Highest marks, great service, will absolutely go back.

Went to Town Fair Tire originally who due to company policy would not repair the tire that had a nail "too close to the side wall" and a vehicle that needs "4 new tires". Had to wait a few days, but Vinnie had it fixed within an hour, and though the recommendation on the invoice stated I need new tires, I can now wait until Fall to get them, which was my original plan. I have always had good service with good prices through Vinnie Olsen and have gone to him for several years now.

The job went very well...I will go back....

They are very busy but they are honest. They are fairly priced. They have pleasant and responsive staff.
