Joe was great. He came out the day after the New Years holiday to respond to our concern over an oil smell. He was very professional and gave us a sense of security that we were not going to have a problem with the boiler. He cleaned our boiler and inspected the fuel tank, which does need to be replaced, but he didn't give us any kind of hard sell - just the facts. Are planning to schedule with him for the tank replacement.
