Holgerson is very professional and does very good work at what I think is a fair price. In our area of Maine it was difficult to get competitive bids for a standing seam metal roof as there are few roofers who do this type of roofing work.

Rec'd quotes from several local contractors for installing a standing seam metal roof on our home and the last contractor we had quote was Holgerson. We saw their display at a home/flower show and had them come and give us a quote, are we glad we did! Bob from Holgerson came and supplied a quote on the spot that was considerably lower than any of the other quotes that we had rec'd from any of the other contractors. Since Holgerson's quote was so much less than any of the other quotes we had rec'd we were a little nervous that we had made the right decision but after reading other reviews we made the decision to go with them. We had agreed to have two skylights replaced prior to the new roof being installed and had planned on having that done over the weekend when Holgerson called and said they were willing to replace the skylights themselves (we had bought the skylights and trim kits) for no extra charge and would like to start a week earlier than they had planned.Leroy and his crew of 7 arrived (8 total) and started right in, 5 hours later the skylights had been replaced and they were 75% done with the roof.Leroy and 2 of the crew from the previous day arrived the next day and completed the roof in a little over 5 hours.Leroy and his crew were all very professional and cleaned up completely at the end of both days, We are still finding a few nails that were missed in the cleanup but had expected that. I had read reviews complaining about trouble with communicating with Holgerson and I have to disagree, When ever I called with a question they either answered the question or called back quickly with the answer. All in all we are totally happy with our new roof and are happy that we chose Holgerson. Looking forward to our first snowfall so we can watch the snow slide off the roof!

Their price was very good. They put the roof on in two days and had it all cleaned up. They did an excellent job, as far as I know. It hasn't rained yet. The overall experience was good. It took them a while to get here to do it, but once they came the service was excellent. The wait was worth it. They weren't great in getting feedback to me. The price and quality were excellent. I would use this provider again. I think it was a very positive experience.
