They exaggerated defects and suggested things needed replacing that didn't. The final straw was telling me the car was not safe to drive. I went to another service place which confirmed most of the defects but said the car was safe unless I was planning to drive it cross-country that day. Bad customer interaction - the service rep was smiling with delight while telling me I had $2,000 worth of repairs that must be done. Made my blood boil. Glad I found a better place and hope I never have to see these guys again.

I spent about $60 or less on that work. I was due for an oil change and they called me and I kept putting off calling them and they called and said I was due and booked it for me. The first time I went they gave me a ride back and that was really quick and easy and picked me up when it was done. When I had a short, routine maintenance I would go there and they have a really nice waiting room and they serve coffee. The people are really nice and even have toys for kids. They are very prompt and one time they even gave me an estimate that was actually more than I ended up paying and checked somebody and said I did not need to do something.
