Description of Work: .I hired this electrician to install a generator.

Description of Work: I live on an island off Portland, ME. We have regular and scheduled ferry service from Portland. Two years ago ABL installed a 15kw Briggs & Stratton generator. The maintenance schedule requires one annual visit to change the engine oil, filters and make any adjustments necessary. The first year was under contract and ABL serviced the generator on the agreed date. in 2010 a service date was scheduled. When the date arrived ABL failed to come, or call, to perform the service. A rescheduled appointment was made and they did come. In early November, 2011 I I called and scheduled the appointment. The day of the appointment ABL again failed to come and again failed to call to give an excuse. I have called, sent an email and fax, and have yet to receive a call back. It is now mid-December. All calls, if not answered by a cell phone, go to a answering machine. By now I have left no less than a dozen messaages. If ABL does not want to service island generators they should minimally called and said that they no longer come to the island. ABL has installed two generators on the island that I am aware of. Since then I have contacted another service provider and entered into a service contract with them. ABL Electric customer service needs work. The frustration of continually attempting to contact them and not one return call is inexcusable.
