Update: I called pine state and spoke with George, he came by and fixed it in 10 minutes. Charged me 150$ less then ward and including parts! Go to pine state instead and save your money! Also dont be fooled by the response below. Like I said they are trying to make themselves look good and cover it up. They say they did there job by saying they diagnosed the issue and provided a solution to fix the issue. Well its not hard to diagnose an issue when it is clearly snapped off in front of you. The solution they offered, “sry we cant fix this, please call and schedule an appointment, we wont be able to come back until the end of july, or you can hire someone else to replace the whole T-set if you need water sooner.” Pine state had my water back in 10 minutes! Needless to say they are very unprofessional and rude. Extremely Disappointing Experience For full review go and look at my google review. Save your money and go to a professional! Call Pine State!

Charlie and his team were very professional and prompt. They were very flexible working with me through my surgical recovery time! Diana and "Peanut" make a great team and Aaron was a professional, no pressure sales person. I would highly recommend them.

They showed up on time and kept busy until the job was done, took all day, which was fine. However, all of the brand new copper and water filtration system we had just paid for in the prior work done a week before, had all been taken down, which is fine but Ward Water took all of the brand new copper piping and kept it, which I hadn't realized until they were gone. What also struck me as odd, was when they finished, I was out front waiting for my daughter to get off the school bus. They packed up and drove from the back yard into the front where I was standing. I thought they were going to stop and explain what they did, how to maintain this system, what type of salt and soda ash to buy, better yet, how I even mix the solution to pour into the softener system so I don't accidently poison or harm my family, as we drink, cook and bathe with it. No, they kept on driving away, so I thought maybe they had to run and get a part at the store and they would be back but no, that was it. In the meantime, my mother had made the check out to Ward Water for payment before talking to me, so that was that. When I went down stairs, I was shocked to find that everyt hing we had just paid for the week prior was 1, taken down but 2, gone from the house. Then I see a big bin of salt connected to this very hard to understand computer system, a bucket of soda ash next to it, and an empty bucket marked with a sharpie stating "fill line" I had to read the manuals they left a million times and had to figure out on my own how to mix the solution, I assumed where they marked " fill line " was how much water to use and they marked the soda ash cup, so I assumed that was how much to use for the water bucket. They left the empty bag to the salt, my guess was that was going to tell me what salt to purchase but left no advice on where to buy these things, no spare filters for the filtration, but the work we paid for the week before, that plumber showed us how to use everything, stocked us up with spare filters, showed us all work performed etc.. Ward Water just did the work, explained nothing, left us guessing what their sharpie comments were about, took all of our new copper piping and replaced it with plastic flimsy piping, took our new water filtration system we just paid for as well, left nothing that we paid for the week before. I would have kept that copper piping in case of future breaks, leaks, repairs etc..And, it should have been up to us to either hold on to the new filtration system we had just paid for the week prior or sell it to help pay for what Ward Water did. I was very disappointed that they took our materials that we paid for but also, didn't take 5 minutes to at least tell me what they did, show me how to mix the solution, use the computer, where to buy more materials, or ask me if I wanted to keep MY copper or water filtration system, as it was obvious that they were all brand new and then to replace all the copper with plastic was very disappointing. My mother paid a pretty penny for the work they performed but we were left reading the manuals, which are so hard to understand and guessing and learning as we went. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Ward Water unless you will be down in your basement right over their shoulders the whole time. Thanks

installed a water filtration system. It went very well but if I were to do it again I would install copper pipes rather than plastic.

They were prompt, prepared for the work and completed the entire job within one day. I've used Ward plumbing before and they were always responsive and prompt. I also can tell they really know what they are doing and they get the work done right. On this job the system set up looks great and works great. They clean up after themselves and ensured all was working great and they answered any questions and took time to educate me on the products installed. In my experience they are reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgable.

Found Ward Plumbing on Angie's List and Maine's list of certified installers for radon systems. Made contact. Sales rep called immediately and set-up onsite appointment. Very knowledgeable rep conducted survey and submitted quote within 2 days. I already had experience with this specific system so knew installed price parameters. Scheduled installation. Installation completed on 4/27/2011 within 6 hrs. Had to also replace well tank which was not in original quote but necessary after testing. Very efficient, experienced and professional installation. Highly recommend this contractor.

We have used them in the past. They are super. You know it is going to be done right. I believe they are licensed to do the radon water as well. I will continue to use them in the future.

Charles Ward is very reliable and hardworking. I have used him for multiple jobs in the past and he always shows up on time and does not overcharge. If he gives you an estimate on a job that is exactly what you will end up paying.
