W Sawyer Frank & Sons Inc

We had about eight different people come in and give quotes and Dave Sawyer did absolutely better than we ever expected. We could not believe how good everything turned out. He was really upfront with everything. It certainly did not cost us more than he estimated. His work crew was professional. We had 5 kids being around; there was no swearing and no smoking. They showed up, they worked, they were real succinct on their lunch breaks and then they got back to work. They cleaned up everything when they left. We have a 4-bedroom house and we basically live in the new room they built, it's just so beautiful. They finished the work probably more toward the end of October. We had a piece of the house taken off, a wall taken off, and the windows taken out. It is supposedly a crawl space, but I have a son who is 6'2" and if he leans his head down, he can stand in it. We have the storage area we need, they poured a cement floor, they put in really great Mathews windows and the room looks great. Everything came out the way we wanted. My wife goes in there, lies on the couch the whole night and doesn't get off. She does all of her schoolwork there. We probably got the best price from W Sawyer Frank & Sons. We had gotten a number of quotes and Dave was below the range, although not a lot, and the quality of work was great. We were here so we could see what they were doing. He always suggested things to us or told us if we didn't need something so he watched out for us and did not look to see what he could get out of it. I teased with him a lot too. I think he came in a little below what he said it was going to be.
