Gary was great and responded right away to come out and give me a quote. Within a week, he replaced the boot around the vent pipe and collected his check. It rained two days later and my roof was still leaking. I've called him and I've emailed him and it's been over 3 weeks with no response. He has my money and I still have a leaking roof! Would not recommend as he does not stand behind his work as he stated he would.

Good in the beginning. Grew poor over time. We have had to hire several contractors to finish or repair the poor quality of what Gary built. We now need to replace the entire roof due to leaks and bad construction. He said he stood behind his work but we have tried to contact him twice regarding the roof and the last time he said it wasn’t his problem because he doesn’t know if others had touch it since he did. It is now costing an additional 18000.00 to replace a roof that is less than 2 years old. Our doors don’t fit correctly, the sun porch had to be completely rebuilt, the list is endless. I would never recommend him for any job.

All work was done to plan, flexible problem solving when issues arose, finished a day early. Owner of company was responsive and friendly and helpful with ideas. I will use Points East Construction for future work.
