After "David" spent 2 hours trying to find the problem, "Wayne"spent abour 1/2 hour figuring out that the expansion valve coil was at fault. He made the comment, "... should have checked for that sooner."
I still had to pay for a total of 3.5 hours of labor.
Didn't have the part so had to fetch one and come back. Took an hour to install it, (seems reasonable).
Promised but never provided a detailed invoice with cost of part.
Overall impression is that faulty troubleshooting (training of first tech?) cost me extra $$ for labor.
Despite twice promising to provide me a detailed invoice with a price breakdown of parts and labor, none was forthcoming.
