Mr. Connors showed up first thing in the morning and got right to work. He was very professional and did all work in a very timely manner.

I'm not sure how soon Mr. Connors came after I called him, but I believe it was two days or less. This was/is a rough job as I have an old, late 1700's farmhouse with a dirt basement. I don't like to go down there and the working conditions down there are far from ideal. However, Mr. Connors showed up promptly and went down into the cellar without complaint. He was very stoical, tactful, and professional and did the job well. He also fixed the light in my hallway. He was professional and courteous throughout the entire call. I could not be more pleased with the experience.

Dwayne answered his phone the first time I called, and we set up an appointment for about a week later. He arrived exactly on time, was pleasant and professional, and did the work in a very timely fashion. He cleaned up and carried off all the packaging from the materials. As part of the job, he evaluated basement wiring that we had been advised(by someone else)needed to be cleaned up, and we made another appointment for him to return to take care of that problem.

I was very pleased with Dwayne's work and have hired him since then to do other smaller jobs that required an electrician. He answers his phone promptly, and arrives quickly to give an estimate of what's needed and how long the job will take. Dwayne is courteous, professional, competent, and fair. He also leaves no mess behind. I feel confident in recommending him.
