Pine State Seamless Gutters

We had gutters installed at our home. One gutter was hung so poorly it sags and holds water in the middle. Every downspout installed was dented and scratched. We were promised they would be right back out to fix the issues. Kelly Mills took the payment based on the agreement but has since been evasive. It has been months and she has now stopped responding to text or emails. Not a trustworthy company.

We had seamless metal gutters and downspouts installed and everything looked great, however, once we had a downpour, the gutters leaked all over the place. We contacted Kelly and provided videos of all the problems. She advised us that she would come take care of it several times, however, does not show up and is no longer responding.

Owner seemed very knowledgeable about gutters and acted professional when she came to evaluate the proposed project. However she text me the morning of planned installation that the materials are too expensive and she couldn t do the project because she wouldn t make any money. She stated in a text I think I m going to close this location and take everything back to Maine She stated she would mail a check to refund the deposit but does not answer her phone and will not respond to texts. The fact that I am getting no communication at this point from her is the reason I am submitting this complaint She will not respond if whether or not she has mailed the check yet
