Company returned my call and said they were interested in the work. Carpenter showed up on site (home) and surveyed work and gave an estimate. We agreed to proceed with work. Carpenter later started work by ripping out drywall and removing half of the cedar lining. One day he leaves (closet is torn up with job half done mind you) and NEVER RETURNS! Never a call back. We obviously were not important clients to him and he found other work. Too bad they were not up front with us.
