 + -1 moreThe service tech came and gave a bid, but when scheduling the job was told that they were very busy. Explained my situation and was told that I would be put on the schedule for the following week or 10 days. Never heard back from them. When called to cancel the job was told that all they were really guilty of was, "not corresponding in a timely manner." Historically, have had issues with correspondence and communication.
Description of Work: Gave an estimate on replacing the outdoor unit that was damaged by hail back in April of 2016.
