Description of Work: I used the general remodelling of Steven Duca. They added a bathroom. They had to put in foundation.

+ 0 moreThe whole project went really really well. I work at home and was uneasy about how disruptive this was going to be in my life. Mr. Duca was wonderful to work with. He was meticulous in how carefully he worked and very unobtrusive. I was very impressed with how he managed to work with the existing plumbing from the 1940’s and create a solution that brought together the addition from the 1960’s in a wonderful way. He completed the project on time and on budget even though we ran into issues and had several snow storms. His finish work is excellent and the entire project was a great experience. .

+ -1 moreWhen Steven found the rot problem where we planned the addition, he looked at the rest of the exterior for additional issues. Most of our neighborhood has seen this rot and Steve did a thorough job at the repair. We had planned to use the addition mostly in the warmer weather but we enjoy it so much that we are out there all the time.
Description of Work: We put on a 12x25 addition. Price includes hardwood floors, a french door, lots of windows with a slider to the patio. Also includes a gas fireplace with tile surround and big shelf for TV. Steven was punctual and did a terrific job. We ran into a complication when he found rot under the siding even though our house is around 12 years old. He found rot on basically 3 sides of our house and the repair cost was around $10000.
