The whole project went really really well. I work at home and was uneasy about how disruptive this was going to be in my life. Mr. Duca was wonderful to work with. He was meticulous in how carefully he worked and very unobtrusive. I was very impressed with how he managed to work with the existing plumbing from the 1940’s and create a solution that brought together the addition from the 1960’s in a wonderful way. He completed the project on time and on budget even though we ran into issues and had several snow storms. His finish work is excellent and the entire project was a great experience. .

When Steven found the rot problem where we planned the addition, he looked at the rest of the exterior for additional issues. Most of our neighborhood has seen this rot and Steve did a thorough job at the repair. We had planned to use the addition mostly in the warmer weather but we enjoy it so much that we are out there all the time.
