 + -1 moreWe were consulting with the technician to determine if the power washing would remove peeling and blistered paint from the deck. He didn't think that it would give us the results that we wanted and said that we should call him after the paint was stripped but before we re-stained the deck. We didn't get the deck stripped in time before the snow came, so we'll probably complete the job this summer.
Description of Work: Gave us an estimate on power-washing our deck.

 + -1 moreMr. Case and I engaged in a rather lengthy email exchange, during which he told me that he conducts this business only on weekends. We discussed current weather conditions and the nature of the job so as to determine if pressure-washing were indicated . He made plans to come out to do an estimate within the next few days and even went to the trouble of describing his vehicle, which I thought to be quite considerate. He seemed to be professional, courteous and accommodating. That was the last I heard from him. I've since retained another contractor. I emailed him one last time to inform him that I no longer needed his services and didn't receive any acknowledgement.

Description of Work: I contacted Chris at Pine State Power Wash to clean mildew from my vinyl siding, and to clean some black mildew streaks from my roof. My roof in particular had been getting worse each year. I had tried to clean it myself but couldn't be as thorough as necessary. Chris gave me a very fair estimate and was willing to accommodate me when I asked that only one half of the roof be done, since only one side of the roof had issues with mold. He was not able to get everything off the first time, and climbed back up onto the roof to work at it a little more when I noticed that some of the moss was still there - then, a second time he came back when I continued to see moss very close to the edge of the roof. The vinyl siding came out great as well. He was extremely pleasant and helpful, and I would highly recommend his service. Ellen

 + -1 moreThey cleaned my carpets. I had some paint on the floor and didn't think it would come off the floor. There was also a lot of stains from my previous tenants and I didn't expect those to come up either. Now my carpets look amazing. I have more apartments I need to do and soon as my tenants move out, I'll have them come out to do the rest of them. There is no chemical smell left behind either. It's a fresh, lemony smell. I would highly recommend them.

 + 0 moreWe contacted Chris at Pine State Power Washing to pressure wash our vinyl sided home which had some pretty bad mold on the side of the house that doesn't get much sun. Chris came out to our house and gave an estimate the next day and scheduled the work for the next week. He was always on time, called before arriving, and did excellent work. The siding looks brand new. We enjoyed working with him so much we called him back to clean our carpets the next week.
Description of Work: We had Chris power wash our 2-story home with white vinyl siding that was accumulating dirt and a lot of mold on one side. He washed the house and applied a bleach solution to remove the mold. We later hired him to clean our carpets.

 + 2 moreI highly recommend Pine State POWER WASH! When I called for a quote for carpet cleaning, I got a call back right away and they were available on nights/weekends to fit in with my schedule. After the job was done, a guest I had over the next day asked if I had gotten new carpets. They also give you the option of using "green" cleaning materials, as well as pet-friendly chemicals. In speaking with Chris, the owner/operator, he let me know some of the other services they provide, so I also got him to wash my car (inexpensive and sparkling clean), and I've scheduled them to do deck restoration cleaning in the Spring. Really amazed at the professionalism of this company!
