They cleaned my carpets. I had some paint on the floor and didn't think it would come off the floor. There was also a lot of stains from my previous tenants and I didn't expect those to come up either. Now my carpets look amazing. I have more apartments I need to do and soon as my tenants move out, I'll have them come out to do the rest of them. There is no chemical smell left behind either. It's a fresh, lemony smell. I would highly recommend them.

We contacted Chris at Pine State Power Washing to pressure wash our vinyl sided home which had some pretty bad mold on the side of the house that doesn't get much sun. Chris came out to our house and gave an estimate the next day and scheduled the work for the next week. He was always on time, called before arriving, and did excellent work. The siding looks brand new. We enjoyed working with him so much we called him back to clean our carpets the next week.

I highly recommend Pine State POWER WASH! When I called for a quote for carpet cleaning, I got a call back right away and they were available on nights/weekends to fit in with my schedule. After the job was done, a guest I had over the next day asked if I had gotten new carpets. They also give you the option of using "green" cleaning materials, as well as pet-friendly chemicals. In speaking with Chris, the owner/operator, he let me know some of the other services they provide, so I also got him to wash my car (inexpensive and sparkling clean), and I've scheduled them to do deck restoration cleaning in the Spring. Really amazed at the professionalism of this company!
