This was a two-visit process. Visit #1 was the initial consult was with Mike McDonald himself. He was punctual, personable, and answered all of my questions.
However, he's a busy guy, so for visit #2, he sent two of his employees to come and do the actual work on my home (Mike had notified me in advance that he would be sending out two of his people to come and do the work). They arrived a bit late, which wasn't a big deal, and they did call to notify me of the delay.
The work was done in a timely manner. However, when I received the bill, there was a discrepancy on what I was quoted by Mike himself and what appeared on the invoice I received on the date of the service. Rather than put his employees in an uncomfortable situation, I paid the bill at the time of service. I then contacted Mike directly and he was great, he reviewed the invoice I received and what I had been quoted initially and made the adjustment promptly.
It is refreshing in today's service/repair industry to find someone who runs their business with integrity, keeps his word, and responds to customers promptly. I recommend Mike McDonald and will continue to utilize his services in the future. Thank you!

"We have gone to your home 5 times since Nov 2010. The first year was one call( maintenance)110.00 The second year was 3 calls at 764.00 which was the year we replaced the control board. The 3rd year was one call at 240.00 to replace a circulator and purged all zones. So my question is how many service calls were there for the low heat call? I just dont understand why you didnt call Mike personally to tell him your concerns. We take pride in our company and want to take care of everyone the best we can and when we dont hear of a problem, how can we fix it. We have a saying that if you do not take care of your customers then someone else will. And in this economy we cant afford to not take care. I am really sorry you think you did not get good service, but we cant help you if you do not call us to let us know. So I think this review is is not fair at all. Also why 3 months later to leave a review?"
