Magic Carpet was called in after a faulty construction project damaged 25' of our roof line resulting in water damage to the insulation and wall board in my ceiling and walls. It was literally raining into my home on Christmas morning! The company was fast, knowledgeable and very professional. All wet insulation and materials were removed and surrounding areas tested for moisture issues. Everything was then professionally dried out with mold remediation procedures performed. Dan was very through and worked through the stress and mess; we have every confidence in their work. We highly recommend this company for disaster restoration as well as other services.

They came to pick up carpets same day, brought back a week later. And less then original quote! I would highly recommend them.

Magic carpet did an awesome job cleaning our 20 year old carpets. Although we plan on replacing them, we decided to clean them one more time before replacing them. When Todd arrived, I was immediately comfortable with him. Although my carpets are old, he took the time to clean them thoroughly. My carpets look great. I will hire them again and recommend them to friends and co-workers when they are looking for this service.

After returning from a 3 week vacation, we walked into a laundry room under water and buckled hardwood floors throughout our whole downstairs. Magic Carpet arrived at our house within 1 hour of our call. They immediately set up a suction system on the flooring to try to dry it out. Within two days it was obvious the flooring needed to be replaced. They wasted no time ripping out all the affected flooring and set up industrial fans for days to reduce the risk of mold growing. In order to remove the flooring under our china cabinet, they moved out the china to move the cabinet and set the china back in the cabinet in its original position. I can only imagine the mess it must have been during demolition of the floors. This was done while we were away for a few days and when we returned there was no mess left at all. Each day they checked the condition of the floors and made sure we were okay. They even made a special trip to our house so provide us with access to our washer and dryer. Dan, Stephanie, Sue, and Joe could not have been more responsive or nicer. There are not enough words of gratitude to express my satisfaction with their commitment, professionalism and work ethic.

Having used the services of Magic Carpet over the last several years, I had NO hesitation calling them. The firm is capable of a multitude of home-related "cleaning" including water damage restoration on site. Although I have not had the need for heavy duty work, I would certainly call Magic Carpet for it/

Buyers beware Duncan the employee is real good at up selling his jobs the major problem is that he does not meet his estimated time so all jobs cost me double. Jeff the owner follows up with that we dont do that work that duncan sells. My carpets were clean but not disinfected like Duncan Told me they were. I had them steam clean the tile for extra money but was told by my new tenants that the job was subpar and they did not move the washer & dryer to clean the tile under them.( I paid for a square foot charge). They were suppose to clean the yard of items left by other tenant. but filled the dumpster too high with large items on top instead of putting large items in first which made the dumpster not able to go over the road. This job cost me 4 times the price quoted by Duncan and he refused to go back and clean up what he forgot to do the first time. I am very unhappy with the service and I am seeking to dispute charges with my credit card company

The company did a great job with the cleaning but it took nearly 2 weeks longer than expected and I had to call to check in with them multiple times to see when the job would be finished.

Easy, simple, and economical. I called for information, they picked up the rugs the same morning, gave an estimate on the spot, and delivered the rugs before their estimate of a delivery date. We had stewed over these rugs for weeks, and the solution was provided with no hassle.

The person who picked up and delivered the rug was running 1+ hour late on both occasions.
My wife asked Magic Carpet to WRAP the rug, since we were moving across the country and they neglected to do so. They only rolled up the rug and fastened with 3 thin nylon ties.
When we get to the West Coast we'll see how well they cleaned the rug.

It went exactly as described: they looked at the carpet when I brought it in, discussed with me what I wanted done, described their process, and told me how long it would take. They were quick - it was done in 4-5 days - and called me to pick it up. Flawless transaction.
