Very well.
Description of Work: I made a number of calls to realtors about my commercial property. Liam McCoy responded quickly and was the only one to make an appointment to see the building. After an extensive walk through, I was encouraged. Fortunately for me after further conversations with my bank I was able to back away from the need for an immediate sale, but he will be my first and perhaps only call, if circumstances change.

The services provided were top notch. Liam is competent, caring and does what he says he will do. Too many times we have dealt with individuals that made promises, only to find that once they had our business they couldn't be bothered to do anything but collect their fees. This company is completely the opposite of our previous experience. The level of service and attention to detail is second to none. I would recommed them to anyone without reservation.
