 + 0 moreThe painting and the cost were great. The ability to reach them and talk with them after the initial job was finished was terrible and very frustrating.
Description of Work: We loved Kichi and his workers. They were prompt, polite and skilled. They arrived when they said they would and finished when they said they would. However, a year later when we tried to have more painting done, we got the run around. Kichi wouldn't return our calls or come when he said he would. We wound up going with another painter for our next project, although we really liked Kichi and his company.

 + 0 moreThey came, they saw, they estimated, they came back, they painted, they left!! We were thrilled!
Description of Work: Our Condo Association hired Kichi's to paint the fronts and sides of our 20 units. We also needed some repair and replacement of clapboards. THey came and gave us an estimate. We agreed on a price and dates for the work to be performed. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. We appreciated the calibre of their work and their workmen. They brought in an excellent carpenter to do the clapboard work. It took two months or more, but they worked every day all day long. They were polite, respectful and excellent at their work. They cleaned up after themselves and left our grounds looking wonderful. We were very very happy with them and their work and will most certainly use them in the future.

 + -1 moreI think it went fine and they did a good job. I was satisfied with what they did. They were quick and efficient which is good. I recall that the price was not outrageous and I didn?t feel like I was ripped off.

 + -1 moreA friend told me Kichi had done painting for her and she was very satisfied. When I called Kichi came in the next day to see what we wanted done, and gave us an estimate either that day or the next. He had about a week of work before he could schedule ours, but they were there when they said they would be. He has a team of 3-4 who worked with him to finish the 4 rooms in 3 days. There were some areas that required 3 coats because of the dark paint we had originally. The trim work was extremely careful. No drips or painted windows. We liked what they did enough to call them back a week later to do an additional room.
Description of Work: Interior ceiling, wall, and trim painting.
