Julie is the best! Professional, efficient, committed... everything you would wish from a real estate agent. Firstly, we had only a few days to find a home in Maine when visiting from out of state. We paid the usual commission. She found the perfect house for us and lined up inspection while we were here. Although we were thousands of miles away, we felt confident that everything would go well. Julie took of everything for us. She handled the appraiser's visit for the lender, represented us at closing, found a roofer & supervised the installation of new roof, did the walk through before the seller moved out. We highly recommend her!
