"Hello [Consumer Name Removed]! I have no record of you in the last 2 years under "[Consumer Name Removed]" from Portland but I did find an [Consumer Name Removed] out of South Portland from 2019. I have no record of you reaching out to us to fix this leak so if you would like to call me at the office we can figure this out. The gutters are under a 5 year warranty and we can fix that for you. We would appreciate you reaching out to us first and giving us a chance to fix something before writing a 1 star review"

I had some rotten fascia boards and another section where wasps had bored through and built a nest. They took care of the bees and replaced that fascia board section too. Very professional carpenters and gutter installers. I highly recommend this company.

PVC Gutters Repair
They were nice enough to schedule me two weeks out from my call when they were obviously busy with bigger jobs. But they did display repeatedly that they did not value my business. They came and took my gutters off and left on a Friday, without a note or message. It took 45 minutes and two phone calls to a secretary to get a response. They said the cold had given them battery problems (it was never under 45 degrees that day). They came back Saturday to finish the job. When I mentioned to them I would've appreciated a note or some communication, the workers just stared at me from behind their sunglasses while they were eating their sandwiches. No apologies. They were then finished in about fifteen minutes. So I know there were other jobs they were trying to complete and mine was simply a pain to be filled in when possible. Hasn't rained yet; but it seems like good work. Just wish they were a bit less like they were doing me a huge favor. Will not be calling them again or recommending them.

"When we came out we couldnt install the gutters that day because of the power on the front porch didnt work and yes my invertor in the truck was out of power so my guys packed up and told me that. I was on my way to make my calls for the day and to let you know what was going on but apparently was not fast enough for you. I bent over backwards to take care your project inside of two weeks when the majorty of my clients at that time were waiting an average of 4 weeks. To be honest with you I wouldnt want to do a project for you ever again."
