FLYNN & COMPANY

I was impressed by how Mr. Flynn presented from the beginning.  His appearance was professional, and he was clearly focused on representing my interests in a professional manner.  I was concerned about dual representation of seller and buyer and learned that he represented his clients from their position as seller or buyer - e.g., not me as the seller and any prospective buyers at the same time.  He offered a full description of how his company operates, including that each client is served only by one realtor, who takes full responsibility for meeting the client's needs, rather than having to deal with a number of staff, who may not be entirely familiar with the client's situation.  His advertising practices, responsiveness to questions and concerns, and ability to make and keep me fully aware of the process made me confident of his work.  While my house did not sell as hoped, it was not for lack of Mr. Flynn's efforts, but the state of the real estate market.  In the event I decide to seek out the assistance of a realtor in another attempt to sell the house, I will call on Mr. Flynn again.
