Philena and Sandro Chaves have done many projects for us over the past 5 years, and I recommend them and their work without qualification. They are very professional, and go the extra mile to advise on options that we would not have thought of. They are also scrupulously honest in their billing, and very considerate about working with special customer needs in scheduling, and in cleaning up the worksite at the end of each day to avoid inconvenience to the customer. Finally, their rates are probably unbeatable in the Portland area and in all of Southern Maine. We have recommended them to friends an neighbors regularly, and will continue to hire their services in the future. You won't go wrong contracting with About Home Improvement!
