Jeremy was up front about being swamped and said it might be a couple of days before he could get it diagnosed and repaired. The following day I received a call after lunch... the diagnosis was the starter needed replacement. He quoted a price and said it would be ready by 4:30pm. It was ready on time and the price was a few dollars shy of the quote.
The repair was done quickly with exceptional service. The overall experience was one of the easiest parts of my week.
