 + -1 moreMy SUV wouldn't start after picking my daughter up at school. I called Jeremy and Village Center Auto in Scarborough, and he suggested it be towed to the shop. We arrived with the Explorer in tow, dropped off the keys, and were immediately driven home by Jeremy's mother Pam. All of this happened within an hour of the truck not starting. Jeremy was up front about being swamped and said it might be a couple of days before he could get it diagnosed and repaired. The following day I received a call after lunch... the diagnosis was the starter needed replacement. He quoted a price and said it would be ready by 4:30pm. It was ready on time and the price was a few dollars shy of the quote. The repair was done quickly with exceptional service. The overall experience was one of the easiest parts of my week.
Description of Work: They replaced the starter in my 2004 Ford Explorer.
