They provided a thorough report and both individuals who did the inspections were very attentive and professional. This is the second home I have used them for and they provided enough information for me to make a confident decison in buying. They were very available for follow up. They are a licensed and certified home inspection company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were friendly and courteous. We did have a lot of things go wrong after they came out. They said things were fine that weren't fine. The price was okay.

It was great, everything checked out. The inspector was so thorough and knowledgeable. He was very nice and easy to talk too.

Experience was excellent. Aaron performed the Home Inspection and Justin the Septic and Well inspection and tests. Both were extremely knowledgeable and took time to provide on-site comments and answer all my questions thoroughly and in detail. I also had a very short timeframe for completing and receiving the official reports according to my purchase agreement and they came through as promised. Both Aaron and Justin impressed upon me their willingness to be contacted for any follow up questions and Justin quickly responded to questions I had about the well water recovery test after I received the report.

We had a house inspection in December performed by Aaron and one on a different house in January by Hugh. Both men were very professional and thorough. They explained all aspects of the inspections and answered every question we had. The report that was subsequently issued was top notch and included pictures of any item that might need repair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in the process of buying a house.

I contacted this company based on a recommendation of someone in the real estate business and their credentials. The inspector, Aaron, arrived on time. He was professional, thorough and friendly. He looked over the house from top to bottom pointing out numerous relevant observations about the roof, siding, foundation, electrical wiring, chimney, water and heating systems, etc. He patiently answered all my questions. He produced a thorough report which I received by email within a couple of days of the inspection, as promised. Lab results for the water arrived shortly thereafter. The seller of the house is an experienced contractor who built much of the house. He was present for part of the inspection and he was also impressed by Aaron's knowledge and the way he conducted the inspection.
