Description of Work: A company rep, on the phone, sold me a season contract for my lawn treatments. Then asked if I would like a special promotion to fertilize up to 5 trees and my foundation shrubs. I agreed. I requested they come on the appointed day prior to 10:30 am because of a prior commitment. The technician showed up at my house at 10:40 am but I waited becauseI wanted to show him the 5 trees (3 rhodes and 2 evergreens under 5 feet). He told me he was only going to do the foundation shrubs and that "those sales people told you wrong." If I had left on time, I would not have known that the service I paid for was not what was delivered. I canceled the contract.

+ -1 moreThe gardener is magnificent. Her name is Debra Clark. She will point at plants, if something is wrong. She is so highly educated. She is so knowledgeable. She gets excited about the plants and often talks about how great they look. The garden club comes here to view our garden because our garden is so beautiful. It lasted for years and years. She really knows her stuff. She really knows the plant names and bugs. She is all organic and doesn't use chemical. She is great. She only hires people who know what they are doing. She always has trouble finding people to work for her because she has high standards.
Description of Work: I hired True Green to close down my garden in November.
