TIMBERTAKEN TREE SVC

Description of Work: Dec 14,2012 I gave Timbertaken representative a $500 down payment to cut 6 trees. He stated he would start the 20th of Dec. On the 24th of Dec he called to say he would start after Christmas. On the 28th of Dec I called him to see where he was and when he was starting as I had given him a down payment with no results. He said he would start on Jan 2nd. He finally showed up on Jan 3rd to start the project. On Jan 4th he requested another $1000 which I paid because he seemed to be making good progress. On Jan 7th he requested another $300 saying he needed to pay for a starter for his truck he needed to continue the job which I paid. On Jan 9th he requested the remaining $1200 as he would be completing the job the next day as he only had two partial trees to cut which I paid. He didn't show up on the 10th. He did show up on the 11th and cut one of the two remaining partial trees. When I looked out and saw him packing up to leave I went out to see why he wasn't finishing the cutting which he had already been paid in full to accomplish. He stated he would come back when the snow melted to finish the last tree. He came back the second week of April and said he would come back the third week of April to finish cutting the last tree and to chip the stumps at an already agreed upon price. He never showed up so I have called several times and left messages with no replies. Would you hire this company?
