Quality Cleaning Services

!The cleaners were a half hour late. My daughter was present to let the cleaners in the house, 2 of them Then she left to go back to work. She came back to give them a check. She didn't inspect the place, such as looking into drawers in the kitchen. The "cleaners" claimed, "oh, we couldn't get the dirt off the sills, or get the  dirt in the slider tracks, or the dishwasher, and called it "mold". My daughter had to get back to work. They were there 3 hours. When I got to the house about a week later, inside the dishwasher I took a moist paper towel and wiped dirt off the inside with ease, the microwave louvers were greasy, there were crumbs in kitchen drawers, the slider tracks were coated with dirt, easily wiped off. There was dried brown liquid in one of the kitchen cabinets, circles of brown substance in cabinet above microwave, and as an added bonus, french fries in the bottom stove drawer! I made several calls to the owner who claimed in so many words that the place was a moldy, dirty mess. There was NO mold. The house was inspected before they came, and NO mold was found! The owner was argumentative, made those claims without ever having seen the place, and said to me", Well. why didn't you do it". I am retired, disabled, and that's the reason they were hired, so I wouldn't have to do it! I asked for a full refund, they refused.

Anita and her team did a thorough and professional job on every visit. All the cleaning materials and tools were brought in, and the results were always sparkling. I also loved having little extras (like extra liners in the trash cans) that would carry me through to the next cleaning. QCS was always prompt and friendly too!
