+ -1 morePhil Nappi - Handymen I have used Phil Nappi, other times also, to do a lot of miscellaneous work for me, painted part of my house, installed a bar on my stairs, replaced my bathroom floor, etc. He is very knowledgeable and you can let him into your house and not worry about it!
Description of Work: Phil Nappi - Handymen I used Phil Nappi, to replace the flange for the toilet. It was six months ago and cost $45.
