Stereo and Home Theater System Service
We try to buy local. We were having problems with using headphones with our set, and wanted to make sure there wouldn't be a problem if the headphones needed to be returned. The employee told us they would not want us to have something that didn't work and we would be able to bring them back. When we did take them to return them we were told we could not do so. We were also told if they did take them back, we would have to pay a 15% restocking fee. The person, who I believe was a manage, was very rude to us. He ended up giving us a full refund, and telling us that the employee that said we could return the headphones was going to be in big trouble for costing the store money. Overall it was a bad experience.
