We couldn't afford surgery or other options - MRI, CTScan and a CSF analysis approx $5,000) so we opted for medication management. The medication worked. And so far he is doing fine. Still has a problem with his back legs but can manage. If his legs go we will consider wheels. The doctor did a wonderful job. My dog does not like vets, but they made him comfortable and he allowed them to exam him. The doctor got down on the floor at his level so she was no threat to my dog. I was extremely happy with their services.

They kept him for 5 days. We had no problems when we picked him up, and we were extremely grateful of their service. Someone is always there and willing to help out-they are open 24 hours a day!

First I want to start by saying female vet was a nice person and I do think she meant well. That being said my wishes were not listened to. I expressly asked for the cheapest tests( ex. blood work, etc.) to be preformed before the more expensive ones, because I had a gut feeling we were dealing with a tic born illness like lymes. But she was so convinced that it was a stroke or brain tumor, she went to the spine fluid test and m.r.i. $3200 later she told me she couldn't believe she was wrong but for 500 $ more they could do blood work to check if it was lymes. I was so mad that my wishes had not been listened to I demanded a 20$ antibiotic for lymes and if it didn't work then I would decide what to do. It worked. We called her and on the phone she admitted we deserved a refund, but after she spoke with her boss, he called and said no refund. After talking with many clients of mine, I was soon to find many ,many people had a similar experience from this place. Never again!
