We felt overcharged by the company as the cost well exceeded industry standards. We were willing to pay the price if they would confirm the hours and days that they were on the site working. I was actually on the site (doing other work) and saw how few hours they put into the project. . They refused to let us know when the hours where that they were charging us. I would never hire them again. The actual work they did was average, but their billing practices are unethical.

I felt ripped off by the whole thing and had a hard time getting them to return phone calls. They did a great job of pointing out all of the mistakes by prior contractor but, now, a year later, their work isn't holding up either. I know have to look at my front door/siding/roof with dismay that I blew all that money. Other jobs they were actually proud of then failed an inspection by an energy audit.

Overall they have exceeded our expectations at every task they have performed for us wether it be construction or maintenance. Each time we have contacted them they have responded quickly, professionally and have kept us well informed of actions along the way.

The friendliness of the folks at Maine Properties and the quality of their work receive my highest praise and I would recommend them for any task you might have.

There was a few issues along the way but they stand behind their work. Their quality of work is excellent. They have a few staff members that are very knowledgeable and well skilled.

Great experience, Travis met with me on site to discuss a kitchen gameplan in terms of a new layout and quality options in products for cabinets and countertops. I recieved a prompt esimate and the work was completed by the crew in a timely fashion, both the tenants and I are very happy with the results of the new more functional kitchens.
