Very smoothly. The kitchen designer I worked with, David Robinson, was very patient with my dithering, and did not try to drive the cost of the project up by pushing more expensive options. He made useful suggestions. Recommended a good builder. Communicated well with builder, all materials delivered on time, absolutely no horror stories. I don't really know the cost of the services because I guess they get a cut of what they sell.

Terrible. This was my second experience with Indisco; the first (5 yrs ago)was great, for a much bigger job, but the designer I originally worked with had moved on. The designer this time, Mike, got the measurements wrong, and cabinets had to be re-ordered, meaning an additional delay on top of the initial 3-week delay we suffered. No attention was paid to detail, so we've ended up with asymetrical trim on several cabinets, shelved that don't fit, etc. etc. If it hadn't been for my very skilled and creative builder who did his best to compensate for this sloppy design and ordering job, the kitchen would look downright peculiar. Indisco management continued to insist we work with Mike and made no effort to provide any kind of compensation. A real lesson in how not to treat a customer. (I'm a service quality professional).

As you have read above, our experience was great. There were a few minor issues such as the screws not being long enough for the knobs and one cabinet face did not match. No big deal. Dave took care of everything.
We did have one issue with our granite. We chose granite for the kitchen and bathroom vanity. The bathroom vanity was not cut properly and Dave went straight over to our house to verify the issue and called the company himself to have a new piece cut and expedited. It was - the next day.
We are 100% satisfied and the Indisco staff certainly put us at ease during this transition. Thank you!
*******It is now January 2012 and we have a problem with a hinge on one of the cabinet doors. Without question, a new door has been ordered and Indisco will install and repair. Great service! Thank you**********
