 + -1 moreColby was punctual and pleasant. His review of the work to be done was thorough even to planning ahead for temporary clearing of work pathway. The price was about $500 more than another company's quote, but I feel this quote was more correct for work needed.

 + -1 moreThey came promptly, carefully took down first the branches, limbs and then the trunk of the tree with no damage to our yard or to our neighbors, ground the stump, and cleaned everything up, including raking the yard. We had used them before to remove some other trees, with equal success, and we would use them again for sure.

 + -1 moreFrom the time of the estimate until the time the work was complete things went well. Three fairly large maple trees were taken down. The work started one day and was completed the next. The company left some of the wood as requested. They left it in managable lengths. We had requested this in order to use it next year for firewood. The remainder of the trees were removed by the company. The yard was left in good condition as they raked up and took away all debris. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

 + 0 moreGPTC did a great job from start to finish. They were prompt in returning my call and the budget was exactly as I asked they break it out so that we could chose what work would be done. They stayed in contact and called before they came out to do the work. They showed up on time every day and worked diligently. They were meticulous - trees were taken down with care so as to not damage the lawn or surrounding area and each day they cleaned up the yard with leaf blowers. I would highly recommend for any job big or small.
Description of Work: I used Greater Portland Tree Company to do spring clean up, remove two clumps of trees in my front yard, remove the existing mulch, grind the stumps, loam and reseed the area as well as grind some other stumps and to remulch planing beds.

Description of Work: My neighbor was having some tree work done. I asked if I could have a few branches removed. The cost very reasonable because the crew was already set up. Great clean up. You would not have been able to tell that the crew was here. I plan to use this company for extensive work in the future.
